Sir Elton John caught attention in a show-stopping ensemble as he stepped out with his husband David Furnish to host his AIDS charity event on Thursday night.
The singer, 75, cut a suave figure in a black suit embellished with golden floral embroidery and his initials 'EJ' for the Elton John AIDS Foundation gala benefit at Annabel's in London.
He completed his ensemble with a crisp white shirt and a bow tie, while he shielded his eyes with his signature pair of square sunglasses.

He was joined by his filmmaker husband David, 59, who looked dapper in black trousers and a white suit jacket, which he teamed with a shirt and bowtie.
David styled his silver tresses in a slicked back style and sported a well-groomed beard as he was seen helping his husband into a car as they left the event.
A star-studded guest list attended Elton John's AIDS Foundation Gala Benefit, including Ronan Keating, Naomi Campbell and Tracey Emin.

The charity evening raised an incredible £2.3million on the night. All funds raised throughout the evening will support the Foundation’s network of partners across four continents to challenge discrimination, prevent HIV infections and provide treatment, as well as influencing governments to end AIDS.
Thursday's Elton John AIDS Foundation’s gala was the first held at historic private members' club, Annabel's - which has earned a global reputation founded on superb service, exclusive ambience, first class cuisine and unparalleled entertainment.
The venue's environment ensured for a glamorous and unforgettable night for the charity gala, with the evening also celebrating the Caring Family Foundation’s mission to support vulnerable families and individuals.

Elton said of the event: 'The world is still battling two pandemics with COVID-19 and AIDS in addition to hostility and injustices facing the LGBTQ+ community. This event with Annabel’s comes at a time when it’s crucial for us to come together for the global community affected by HIV.

It comes after last month it was revealed that Elton, who is currently on a 'Farewell' tour, made a staggering £55million last year despite the pandemic — more than £1 million a week.
The figure is buried in newly filed accounts for one of his companies, Tekcor, which he and his film producer husband, David Furnish, use for investments.
They were the first trading accounts for the business, which the couple set up in 2020.

'Sir Elton is an example of how earnings can carry on going up, even in the later years of a career,' a music business source remarked.
The star announced in 2018 that he was embarking on his final world tour so he could spend more time with David and their two sons, Zachary, 11, and Elijah, nine.
The Farewell Yellow Brick Road concerts were postponed after Covid struck but resumed earlier this year.

In 2020, it was reported that he had taken an astonishing £60 million financial hit after coronavirus forced him to drop the tour.
Before he met Furnish, Sir Elton was known for his lavish spending, including £293,000 on flowers in 20 months. 'I like flowers,' he explained during a court case.
A spokesman for Sir Elton declines to comment.
