Their exit followed the departure of Sony Music's former vice president of A&R, Pat Handlin.
Handlin, who is engaged to pop star Samantha Jade, was stood down from Sony Music Australia last year after an HR investigation into 'toxic workplace' allegations.
The ousted executive is starting a new venture with Kyle Sandilands, and Samantha Jade 'could be among the first signings', reports The Music Network.
