Myleene added a pop of extra colour to her look with a contrasting blue bag.

The dress is from Myleene's clothing range at Next and she wrote on her Instagram stories that the number doesn't launch for 48 hours but she couldn't wait to wear it.

Taking a selfie in front of her mirror at home, she wrote: 'A [fire] outfit for a [fire] day.

It was certainly a great choice of outfit as the UK gears itself up for the hottest day of the year.

The day before, Myleene wore a red dress to attend the ballet at the Royal Albert Hall with her beloved fiancé, Simon Motson.

Again, the red lace tie neck midi number was from her Next range.

She wore a pair of open-toed heels to add a few inches to her stature and shielded her eyes behind a pair of dark sunglasses.

Myleene saw a performance of The Car Man at the Royal Albert Hall on Thursday to celebrate the concert venue's 150th anniversary.

Matthew Bourne and his acclaimed dance company New Adventures performed their dance-thriller based on Bizet’s beloved Carmen at the venue for the first time.

An expanded company of 65 dancers and musicians, as well as a live orchestra, performed on a set of a greasy garage-diner in set in 1960s America.

Once inside, Myleene posed for a picture with former Prime Minister Tony Blair's wife Cherie, 67.
